Wednesday

When I went to bed last night I had only been there a couple of minutes when I had to get up and use the toilet. After the third time I gave up and took my pillow downstairs and laid on the sofa. I was up and down all night so I had to ring my boss and tell him I couldn't go in today. I kept feeling sick but I wasn't. I didn't have any breakfast but I had a roll with marmite for lunch and for dinner tonight we had a jacket potato, cod in breadcrumbs and chick peas. I did a load of washing and got it dry and sat in the garden for a while this morning but it wasn't really warm enough so I gave up. I think it was better this afternoon but I couldn't be bothered to go out again.
